These terms apply when you use this website. The terms of your actual stay are set out in the rental agreement you receive when you book; where the two differ, the rental agreement governs.

Using this site

You may use this site to browse properties, request quotes, and make bookings. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to use, or extract its content automatically.

Rates and availability

Rates, minimum stays, and availability shown here are indicative and can change until a booking is confirmed. Nightly rates and event fees on the venue pages are provided to help you plan and are subject to change. A booking exists only once it is confirmed in writing and any required payment has been received.

Quotes

A quote sets out the price for specific dates and a specific guest count. It is valid for the period stated on the quote and does not hold the dates until it is accepted and paid.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Deposits, damage deposits, and balance due dates are set out in your rental agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the property and the dates booked, and are set out in your rental agreement and confirmation. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Events

Weddings and other events require prior approval, are subject to guest caps, quiet hours, and the event fees shown on the relevant venue page, and may require additional insurance. Holding an event without prior approval is a breach of the rental agreement.

Content

Photographs, guidebooks, and written content on this site belong to Classy Rustic Rentals or its licensors. Guest reviews are reproduced as written by the guests who left them.
