• Booking and payment details. Reservation records and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Basic usage data. Pages viewed and general location, where site analytics are enabled, used to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To take payment for, and manage, your reservation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to run a booking: our property management system, our payment processor, and our email and messaging providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its part.
